How to create an iBook with iBooks Author

Apple prepared a nice video overview of the iBooks Author software that demonstrates the power of iBooks in creating beautiful, interactive books for the iPad.

Honestly, I see these iBooks more like apps than what we commonly refer to as "books".

Books = reading.

iBooks = reading + video + engagement = interaction.

Complex interaction is as easy as drag and drop. But the final product is so powerful and customizable that when creating an iBook you almost feel more like an app developer instead of a book writer.
